HMC pulse stand-alone dust remover is a small-size bag dust remover that is developed based on similar products. It adopts pulse blow dust cleaning mode with high efficiency, high purification effect, high processing volume and long filter bag life-span, less maintenance, reliable working stability. It is widely used in metallurgy, building material, mechanical, chemical, mine industries for non-fiber industrial dust removing and material recycling.


This series is composed of 6 specifications, with each spec. divided into two models: standard dust pot model A and open flange model B (without dust pot). The main structure consists of filter room, filter bags, air cleaning room, dust pot, turning valve, pulse blow dust cleaning device, electric control box. The box is well welded with the repair gate sealed with foamed rubber belts.


The dust air goes through the dust pot (or through the open flange) into the filter room, and the bigger dust powder descends to the bottom of the pot, while the smaller dust goes to the filter room with the air flow. The dust attaches to the surface of the filter bag and the purified air goes to the cleaning room on the top and gathers at the wind exit via several cleaning sectors. Then the purified air is released by the fan of the dust remover. The process repeats and the dust attached to filter bags become more and more, so the air flow friction become larger-----when a preset pressure value is reached, the time relay or the pressure sensor automatically starts dust cleaning process. The system closes the elevation valve of one cleaning sector to cut down the air flow and then opens the pulse valve to release compressed air to blow off the attached dust on the filter bags (stops the wind flow and dump the attached dust) by making each filter bag suddenly swell up and shakes off the dust attached and the filter bag outer and inner pressures become the same. The dust descends into the dust pot and is discharged by the turning valve. The pulse blow system only cleans the filter bags row by row, the other filter bags are working while one row is under cleaning.

1. Fasten the screw and make the surface flat. On-spot welding, make model A air-proof, model B directly installed on the dust spot.

2. The air bag pulse valve and its connection pipes should be air-proof.

3. Open the lid. Take off blow pipe. Handle the filter bag upright and place the bag into the filter room through the swage board bores. Then figure the open of the bag into circle shape, and fix it on the swage board bores closely with the clips. Check the air-proof of the bag system. Then insert the bag frame into the filter bag and install the blow pipe. Coordinate the axle of the pipe and the filter bag. Fasten the screws on the blow pipe and put on the lid.


Maintenance requirement

1. Set up on-duty maintenance system. The person on duty should record the working condition and inspect the electric dust cleaning devices (including PLC, electric-magnetic valve, pulse valve, elevation valve, etc.) to see if they are working well. Adjust dust cleaning time to keep a high efficiency.

2. Periodically check the working condition of compressed air system and the air source pressure. The water filter should be discharged frequently. The oil atomizer should be timely oiled.

3. Watch the dust smog discharged. If abnormal situation occur, check the filter bags and filter room timely. Clog the leaking bores and charge filter bags if necessary.

4. Before shut down the dust remover, manually clean up the filter bag for maintenance.
